We do not require user account registration, sign-ups, or logins to access our public calculation tools or portal directories. Specifically:

• Document & Image Files: Files uploaded to tools such as the Smart PVC Cropper, Passport Studio, or Document Deskew are decoded and drawn onto HTML5 canvas elements locally in your browser memory. They are not transmitted to or stored on our servers.
• Calculated Financial Data: Values typed into the GST calculator, grocery converters, discount tools, or marks percentage formulas remain entirely in your client device session.
• Resume Content: Any resume text pasted into the ATS Resume Checker is evaluated in-browser using client-side JavaScript regex algorithms.

3. External Links to Government & Third-Party Portals

Our platform provides directory links to official Central and State government websites (such as Banglarbhumi, e-District, Parivahan, Food & Supplies, UPSC, and SSC). Once you click an external link and navigate to a third-party website, you are subject to the terms and privacy practices of that respective government agency or service provider. Spireix does not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels. Certain tools may utilize standard local browser storage (such as localStorage or sessionStorage) strictly to save your active calculation state or calibration preferences (e.g. screen ruler calibration) for your personal convenience. 5. Server Logs & Analytics

Like all standard web servers, our hosting infrastructure may record basic technical logs containing non-identifiable information, such as IP addresses, browser types, referring URLs, and timestamps, solely for infrastructure maintenance, DDoS protection, and ensuring network uptime.
