1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Spireix (accessible from spireix.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the website immediately.

2. Use of Digital Tools and Calculators

Spireix provides web-based calculators and utilities (including GST calculators, academic marks calculators, age analytics, and hardware measurement calipers) intended for informational, estimation, and general reference purposes:

• Financial & Tax Estimates: The GST Calculator and discount utilities are designed to assist with quick mathematical estimates based on current standard Indian Goods and Services Tax slabs. They do not constitute formal tax advisory or certified accounting services. Users should consult licensed chartered accountants or official GST filing portals for statutory filings.
• Hardware Ruler Calibration: The on-screen ruler calibration relies on display hardware aspect ratios and physical card dimensions provided by the user. While highly accurate when properly calibrated, it is intended as a quick reference rather than a certified industrial metrology instrument.

3. Civil Engineering Toolkit & Technical Disclaimer

Our civil engineering calculation tools (including Concrete Mix Design per IS 10262, RCC Beam Design per IS 456, Bar Bending Schedules, and Brickwork Estimators) are modeled on Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) publications:

While every effort has been made to ensure mathematical accuracy and adherence to codified formulas, real-world structural engineering projects involve variable site conditions, aggregate qualities, soil variations, and local municipal bylaws. All calculations should be reviewed, verified, and approved by a qualified, registered structural engineer or licensed civil engineer before executing on construction sites.

4. Third-Party Government Portals

Spireix acts as an aggregator directory providing direct, convenient links to official government citizen service portals (such as e-District, Banglarbhumi, Parivahan, Food & Ration, EPFO, and recruitment portals). Spireix is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing any government authority or department. We do not process government transactions, issue official certificates, or collect application fees.

5. Intellectual Property

The layout, design system, custom scripts, brand assets, and interface of Spireix are the intellectual property of Spireix and are protected by copyright laws. You may not duplicate, redistribute, or reverse engineer the platform's proprietary codebase without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spireix, its creators, and operators shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our tools, calculation results, or third-party links.
